Absolute game changer for multi-cat household! I had five rescues at all different ages, having pee wars all over my house. We were at our wits end when my daughter suggested we try this to see if it would help. We’ve already had several litter boxes in different places, and even tried the pellet one with pads underneath to absorb urine. Nothing worked. We cleaned and sanitized daily. Within 24 hours of this being in my house, it all stopped! I’m using the clay type clumping litter. 10 minutes is not long enough for urine to congeal enough. We have the timer set at the default now; which is 30 minutes. So it’ll clean 30 minutes after the cat leaves. The app is a very nice add-on. You can see a history of the weights of each cat using the box and how long they were in there. The one issue I have is that the weight is only available is kg. I’m a person who prefers pounds/ounces in weight measurement, so this aspect really sucks in my opinion. If there is a way to change that, I’d love to know! Otherwise this is a dream, and for less than $200 it’s worth every penny in time, cleaning agents, paper towels etc. I just change out the bag of litter when it’s full and move on. This is presently in our master bedroom and there is no detectable odor! No cat is spraying either. I think ‘not’ having another cats per smell in the box helps them not be defensive and they feel safer now-with less anxiety. Being rescues means each cat has their own story and issues; including fears. This helps them feel more safety and security. Highly recommend and hope they find a fix for the weight measurement issue ;)

I bought the machine 6 months ago and need to replace it already! While the machine works sufficiently well, there are two major issues that have caused concern. 1) The smell from the litter collection box - even with good quality litter - necessitates very frequent cleaning. 2) Replacing the nylon screen in the drum has proved impossible - a small rip has left the unit useless

This automatic litter box has been a total lifesaver for me and my cat. I have one picky kitty, and she took to it right away! The self-cleaning feature works flawlessly and keeps everything fresh and clean without me having to scoop daily. I love how quiet it is—my cat isn't startled by it at all. The odor control is also excellent. You’d never know a litter box is in the room! The app control is super convenient too. I get notifications when the waste drawer is full and can check the cleaning history right from my phone. The XL size gives my cat plenty of space, and the safety sensors give me peace of mind that she’s never at risk. Plus, it works great with our regular clumping litter. I absolutely love this automatic litter box! It has made cleaning up after my cat so much easier and more convenient. The self-cleaning function works perfectly and keeps the litter box fresh all day. My cat adapted to it quickly, and I no longer have to scoop every day. It’s quiet, efficient, and the design is sleek too. I especially love the remote control feature since I can manage the cleaning cycles from my phone anytime. I love the simplicity of this litter box. We have been using it a month for two older cats. I do wish there was some sort of step because we have one older, fatter cat that I think had issues jumping in it so she stopped using it and pees and poops on the floor. The other issue I have is that I have the wait time set for 20 minutes which should be more than enough for the urine to harden up as most resources say at least 7 minutes and it still smears all over the sides. I am using fresh step for multiple cats but I am going to try some other brands of litter to see if it helps. The most aggravating issue is the constant errors (which you cant see unless you manually open the app, no notification unless you purchase the subscription): - Door anti-pinch triggered! - Bottom infrared anti-pinch triggered! Otherwise it cuts wayyyyy down on the smell which is amazing and such easy clean up.
