I use my mk900 to reprogram a esp module for my c300 mercedes and was really straight forward no problem at all I took me 5 minutes to reprogram it it safe me a lot of money mercedes dealer was charging 1500 dollars for part and service i got the part from ebay 150 dollars for it

I've been a technician for about 10 years, and I've used so many different brands of diagnostic tablets, for functionality, ease of use, and price Autel truely makes the BEST products. My friend also purchased a different Autel tablet about 5 years ago, and it's still going strong!

I have already been programming keys and saving money. If you go to a dealer for key fob replacement/programming, you can save the cost of this device with two key fobs done by yourself. I only wish it came with 2 years of updates instead on one as I like to keep my OBDII readers for at least two years. $179 dollars US for one additional year of updates. Still worth it. I bought the battery tester for it also but have not used it yet.

I had this for a couple of months, the operating system is super slow! Waiting for it to boot up or do anything was annoying. Also found out that you won’t be able to update it because they were sued by Snap-On for stealing their software. It’s neat and has some more features than my snap-on solus and at a way better price, but you get what you pay for I guess. Also didn’t care for the user interface. I found it confusing.

I purchased a MaxiM IM508 and was so impressed with the ease of use and online tutorials/documentation for it that when it came to purchasing a bidirectional scan tool, Autel was my only choice. It has proven to be a great purchase and I am more impressed with Autel every time I use it. It is obvious that Autel knows how to produce a bidirectional scan tool that gets anything done you want done and more. It has proven to be invaluable on BMWs and Mercedes especially but it the best choice for any make/model.
