Perfect fit, down to the mounting notches, didn't bother replacing the tip sensor, install was literally 3 minutes. I actually sanded the other two old thermocouples and they now work again, but I'm sure they won't last as long as this new one.

It is important to carefully observe what type of thermal sensor you have. Mine was threaded and this one is slick. The holder for it does not come to make it go into the threaded fitting. I kept it anyway as it may work on my gas logs
