I have had this chair for less than a year and the headrest broke. I cant even get a hold of some to talk too. Don't get me wrong the chair is comfy. but to pay this price and only use it for a year and then have it break. STOP using CHEEP plastic

Bought this chair direct through Asus and it's been fantastic. I was originally looking at a Herman Miller Embody or something similar (coming from a Secret Labs Titan) after trying a few chairs (Herman included) I decided to give this one a try and it's been fantastic. It's comfortable for sitting at my desk while I wfh and for gaming. The amount of adjustments is great also, you can tweak anything to make it work best for you. Setup was also a breeze, the only hard part to really connect was that sound isolation piece near the headrest (it takes a lot of force to get it lined up) If you're looking for an ergonomic gaming chair definitely put this on your list to check out ... show more

Chair is decent. Pricey in my opinion for the comfort its supposed to provide. If you are taller then 6'2" would not recommend, you will be too tall for the comfort features. Chair imo isnt much for comfortable then a racing chair with correct lumbar support addons. By the way if you order one make sure you get it from Amazon and not 3rd party, unless you like paying restocking fees and shipping back. ... show more

Purchased this chair last week, so easy to build and put together, only issues is the seat piston constantly sinks down after adjusting the height (Im 190 and I know the chair was rated for Less than 300 lbs so i'm unsure of the issue here) Hoping to hear back from the vendor
