I've NEVER had to use insurance before but when my less than 3 year old TV screen went all whacky on me, I reached out to Asurian (I totally forgot I had covered the TV, yay me!!) They sent out a tech who said the display was not fixable and wit6hin 30 minutes, Asurion had covered the entire cost of the V with an Amazon gift card. I WAS SHOCKED and THRILLED. Thanks y'all!

This took way to long and the working with the company to fix the TV was difficult. The onsite technician did a good job but the warranty company wouldn't listen to him. Then they tried to close the ticket when the technician's work order clearly said the TV wasn't fixed. Also, Asurion is very difficult to reach if you want to speak to a person. I had to call them 3 different times and each time explain the entire issue over again to a different person. They argued with me about the closed ticket so i got the technician on the phone. Overall a terrible experience!!

Easy warranty replacement. Purchased with my TV via Amazon and when my TV had issues they already had all info needed about the TV. Repair guy came to inspect TV, but had to take it into his shop for further tests and determined the panel was bad. The same day I had an Amazon gift card emailed to me for the purchase price (just the listed price, no taxes) of the TV.

Although this Warranty Service /Support Contract is still "untested" as to quality of support it is a 4 year contract and will undoubtedly be needed and utilized at some point during the time frame of the Support Contract terms of agreement. I will update the feedback as appropriate when or as it is used..

I had to use the Asurion services after my TV stopped working. Once they attempted to fix and deemed the TV as unrepairable. Asurion promptly gave me the purchase price in form of a gift card. Which I used to buy a new TV. Having this protection is great because you’ll never know when your device decides to give out. I highly recommend this service and a small price to pay for peace of mind for your investment.
