I picked up this underscrub for my wife who is a dental hygienist, and she says it works perfectly under her regular scrub tops. The fabric feels very soft and stretchy against the skin, and it moves easily when she is reaching, leaning over patients, or adjusting equipment during a busy day. In the photo you can see how the white sleeve sits smoothly under her light gray scrub top without any bunching at the shoulders or elbows, which helps keep her uniform looking neat while she works. The material feels lightweight and breathable rather than thick or sweaty, so she does not feel overheated when the office gets warm under the lights. At the same time, the long sleeves give a nice extra layer of coverage on her arms, which she appreciates when working with splatter or cold air conditioning. The shirt also has a clean crew neck that sits low enough not to compete with the V neck of her scrubs, so nothing looks awkward or sticks out in a strange way. From a style point of view, this is not a fashion runway piece, but it does exactly what we need and does it quietly. The fit is close to the body without being skin tight, which keeps it from shifting around when she is walking between rooms or lifting trays. In the photo the sleeves look snug but smooth, which is great because extra fabric around the wrists would just collect glove powder and mystery splashes, and nobody is asking for more of that. - This fit just as expected. I ordered a size large and it fit perfectly. Normally I have issues with the sleeves being too long and the torso too short, but that wasn't the case for this underscrub shirt. The sleeves hit appropriately a little past my wrists and the torso was long enough that I could tuck the shirt into my scrub pants. I am 5'1", 140 lbs, and 36DD for reference. - It is a little different texture than I was expecting. I really wanted one of those buttery soft, thin underscrub shirts but this is thicker and feels like "athletic" spandex. It isn't exactly what I was looking for, but in the very cold weather recently I have appreciated it. - It seems to be well made and has held up through several machine wash and dries. The seams are stitched well and there are no loose threads. I did wash this separate the first time, but I haven't had any issues w/ bleeding on other clothes now that it has been washed a few times. - In my opinion, the neckline is pretty high, but does offer better coverage and sun protection due to that.

This shirt is an excellent fit (small) for 5'6"/131lbs/34B with 31.5" waist. There's nothing pokey or uncomfortable about the construct of it and it follows my shape perfectly over shoulders and arms. The material is nylon so it can have a touch of that "plastic" feel on the skin but not as bad as most athletic dry wick shirts. I have a strong preference for "sueded" athletic shirt synthetic fabrics because I have an aversion to that plastic feel, so the fact that I can wear this one comfortably is actually a big positive over others. It launders easily (I used cold to ensure longevity and no shrinkage). The sewing is professional. As an underscrub shirt, this really would be great because top scrubs would slide on it without friction or bunching. Using as a hiking shirt or winter layering shirt is also great.

I ordered the white color and it is thick enough to not be see-through at all. It is very silky, kind of slippery actually, and it made me cold as soon as I put it on. I’ve not worn it long enough to know if I would eventually get hot in it, but I don’t think so. The fit is ok. Not especially flattering on me, but it is an undershirt, so I guess it doesn’t matter. I have a 36” bust, so the size chart shows me between an XS and Small, which is definitely not my regular size (I typically go for a medium in most shirts). I also tend to size up when it comes to fitted clothing, so many of my slim fit shirts are size large. To be safe, I decided to go with my usual medium, and I was surprised that it is not tight on me at all. It just fits like a regular t-shirt would. Except the upper arms are a little on the tight side, but nothing bothersome. So, if you want this to be form fitting on you, I’d suggest going by the size chart. If you want a regular fit, opt for your usual size. There is a good bit of stretch, so being tighter shouldn’t be too restricting. I’ve included a couple photos of it on me, as well as some of the size Medium with a tape measure for your reference. Sorry, I hadn’t gotten the wrinkles out before taking the photos.

This underscrub top is impressively well made! The fabric is similar to my compression undergarments (just with less spandex), so it has a snug fit with plenty of stretch. It's thicker than I expected, which I actually prefer. It feels substantial without being bulky. It has negative ease, so it fits close to the body, but it's still very comfortable and easy to move in. I especially love the generous sleeve length and the silky finish, which makes it ideal for layering. Nothing clings to it, and it doesn't wrinkle, which is a huge plus. For reference, I'm 5'6", 158 lbs, with a long torso and apple shape. I ordered my usual size XL and this top runs true to size. It's machine washable, though I wouldn't put it in the dryer, a small trade-off for such a versatile piece. This top is a keeper!
