I haven't had to do many insurance claims, but for items which have a higher chance of defects or poor design causing problems later, it's been a decent investment. I don't buy it every time but when the numbers align, it's great to have.

Excellent customer service!!! I bought this plan with my printer. Printer malfunctioned and I received a FULL refund of the printer purchase price!!! I sent the printer via UPS with a pre-paid shipping label, and almost instantly after UPS scanned my return, I received a full refund. I never had any issues with Azurion. I highly recommend buying a protection plan from this company for peace of mind.
