this was great, fast service, and very good to have protection on the printer I had bought since it was not used a lot and after troubleshooting it was discovered a part died in it so it was unable to be repaired. Asurion came through and quickly refunded me the cost of the item. Well worth it since equipment these days are not as durable as they were years ago. Great value and a relief to have protection.

I have purchased a few warranties for technical things over the years but never had to use them. However, for my shredder, it recently stopped feeding. While the power was on and you could hear it turning, no paper would feed through and I could find nothing jammed. I had the Asurion warranty and it was so easy to implement. I sent an email, they sent me a UPS label, and I boxed it up and took to UPS store and it was on it's way. Shortly after, I received an Amazon gift card for the price I had paid for the shredder new. I would certainly recommend an Asurion warranty for any Amazon purchase that you feel might disfunction in the future.

My Printer is the 2nd item I returned that was covered under ASURION Protection Plan. I am so happy with the service that Asurion provides. Completely no hassle. ASURION's processing is short, simple and to the point. I tell them what's wrong with my item, they send me a shipping label via email, I ship it and they reimbursed me for the purchase price same day. Just that simple! I now make sure I cover all my important/expensive items with ASURION. It give me peace knowing that although my investments may break or malfunction, ASURION protects me from a large financial lost. They don't make you "jump through hoops" as some other companies do. They're a reliable, no hassle, trustworthy company.

Asurion customer service was excellent. After one phone call, no hassles about broken technology, none of the usual reboot and try again, etc... I Immediately got an email with a shipping label, with instructions that when the unit was sent back, they would refund my CC or I could have it applied as a credit to my Amazon account. I thought it would be a week or two before they got the product and processed my refund. However, I boxed up the item, placed their label on the box, and dropped it off at UPS on Saturday. When I got home, I received another email from Asurion asking how I wanted to receive the money. I chose a credit to my Amazon account, and it was immediately applied. The refund was based on when the item was dropped off at UPS, not when they received the item.

Asurion came through for me when I needed them most!!! my wifi router failed leaving me with without the internet and Asurion sent me a digital gift card to replace it within hours pending the return of the broken one to UPS, Thanks Asurion!!!
