When I first attempted to invoke my extended warranty through Asurion online it was unsuccessful. Asurion claimed that my product was still under the manufacturers warranty. This was false as it expired 2 years ago. I was at first upset. However, I called them and once on the phone it was a breeze. The lady I spoke with took care of the online misinformation and immediately offered me a full refund of the purchase price of the item, I only had to return the broken part. Even that was a breeze as they set it up with UPS to pick it up at my door and it was free, I only had to box it. My Amazon refund was then sent within an hour of the pickup. ... show more
