I bought a KitchenAid blender that worked well until it suddenly didn't; of course it was after the warranty had expired. I'd read a few reviews that warned of this blender being problematic, so I bought the protection plan with it. Good call! After a quick call to Asurion, they provided a return label for my original blender, then sent an Amazon gift card for the original amount once they'd received the KitchenAid.
