My DJI 4 crashed, causing damage to the camera. Within an hour, I submitted the claim. The next day, I sent in the drone. In 4 days, the issue was resolved with a new drone. Excellent service.

I have purchased eight of these plans over the years in conjunction with an Amazon purchase. Have yet to be paid on any claim submitted. The latest debacle is trying to get paid for a dropped drone. All requested items were submitted almost 2 weeks ago and all the website tells me is my claim is under review. Look at other plans!!!

I have this policy for my DJI Mini Pro 3 which was broken beyond repair and they fully reimbursed my purchase. The Asurion website is lacking in a few key areas which made me a little concerned about the legitimacy of the service when I went to file my claim but I was wrong, they're great.

I bought this warranty to go with a 3 in 1 pool table. I’m glad I did because the pool table only had a 90 day warranty. I got the pool table for my 13 year old son and opted for the 3 year warranty. The other reviews of using the warranty are positive so I hope that my experience will be positive as well. I can only reviews it’s relevance to me so far and not it’s use but I think it’s a good peace of mind to have.

If you buy it through Amazon the process is fast and they redeem the original price of the product through a gift card, I tried to open a claim without going thru Amazon and they put a lot of blockers for me to approve the claim, it’s an endless process

This is the second plan I have purchased with a drone. Made a claim with both plans. The assurion team took care of my claims both times and I am extremely satisfied. I wouldn't purchase an electronic device without an assurion protection plan to cover it.
