you need to screw the lid on really tight and then twist it- it’ll pop the pump right out! Thought it was broken before i looked it up. Tried this on ginger-blonde hair (like a level 6.5-7) was super brassy, and it actually did help. I only left it on for a few minutes but will leave on for longer next time. Very impressed with the size of this bottle, it’s huge! Lots of product! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the pump was broken 😞 if the seller sees this, can you please send me a new pump?

I got the Lazy Jane Air Dry Conditioner. It works fine, meaning my hair is soft and not very frizzy, but not any better than other similarly priced conditioners. However the scent is awful. It's like an old man's aftershave, which in itself is ok, but I don't want my hair to smell like my grandpa or my uncles. And it lingers where even after I put in other products to cover the smell, I can still smell it the next day. I've given it a few tries, but I'm going to just toss the rest of the bottle. The media could not be loaded. Update: I was able to get the pump to release by placing the bottle between the palms of my hands, placing the ball of my upper hand in the middle of the pump. Then I pushed together as hard as I could while twisting. So I have upgraded my rating. Now, if the blue conditioner really neutralizes the orange/red tones of my hair I will give it 5 stars!. It really does smell good! Smells great. Like other reviewers, I cannot get the pump to release. I’ve watched the videos, and understand how it is supposed to work, but the inner mechanism that the pump releases from spins too, so will not let go. It is very messy to try to dispense from the metal canister. I’m not sure how I will use it but I really want to try. ... show more
