I was happy to have a way to protect my new to me ipad pro. I have only had the coverage a few weeks and will update this review if I have to use it. Never sure how good it will be until I need it.

I feel kind of bad in reviewing this item without actually trying it out yet, so this review is a placeholder for when I will have to call it in for service - I mean, it's a tablet, I'm *sure* it'll require some sort of fix here in the next 3 years. The item I got it for was a for a Wacom Cliniq tablet, so once it does experience any issue I'll be right back here to this review and updating it.

The agent I interacted with was actually very pleasant. But she couldn't help me do anything. I bought a Gigabyte graphics card, and long story short, I was called "stupid" on the phone for asking why they couldn't do an RMA over the phone and were forcing me to use an obscenely hard to find online portal that took THREE DAYS to even approve the RMA. And they want me to pay approximately $50 to ship it to them. Absolutely appalling customer service. So I reached out to Asurion, hoping that I could use their warranty coverage that I had paid for. Nope. Asurion won't lift a finger until the gigabyte warranty ends. So if you buy a product from an awful company that hates its customers, unless they're flatly refusing to honor their warranty, Asurion won't lift a finger, even if the company wants hundreds of dollars from you for their warranty service. So now I'm waiting probably weeks for an RMA for a company that I will NEVER purchase from again. And this "convenient" plan I bought from amazon that I thought would help protect me from having to deal with such awful service won't lift a finger. I'm not buying asurion's warranty for any products that don't have an insanely short warranty themselves anymore.

Honestly with the way that Electronics are built these days, for a seller to offer a protection plan is a breath of fresh air. This gives me the peace of mind that if something was to happen to my purchase than Amazon would be there to help. Greatly Satisfied.

I like the Asurion protection plans. We have used them in the past and have always been satisfied. I haven't had to use this yet but I think that is a good thing😜

All of the issues that this warranty covers, you can fix yourself. The actual issues you will need coverage for (ie, a cracked screen) are not. Could not possibly recommend getting this any less.
