I'm glad that I got the Protection Plan, but there are a couple of things that I think could have been better. The $ amount of the coverage didn't include sales tax. The Amazon Gift Card was issued promptly once UPS received the item. In my case, there were 6 days between when the return was dropped off at the UPS Store and when it was "received" by UPS. I’ve had to use asurian protection plans several times and I have always been impressed with the speed and hassle free aspect of the process to return the item and get your amazon credit. I do make the effort to return the item via free shipping at UPS the same day if possible and this item was no exception. Within three days, I had returned my damaged keyboard, gotten the amazon credit, ordered another keyboard and had it delivered and then attached to my iPad. I cannot imagine any other protection plan that could do a better job. These are worth purchasing especially for tech items.
