The phone came within 2 days. The only issue was the UPS guy kinda tossed it on the doorstep but it was okay. The battery came with 87% health which isn’t bad. I bought it in excellent condition. 1 super tiny dent by the screen, barely noticeable. Very durable and it was the best phone I’ve ever bought. No issues at all! Hope this helps if someone wants to buy it. It came with instructions if you need to return it too. Came with charging cable and block. I love this so much 💕💕💕. This phone seems fabulous so far. I’ve had it a few days. I transferred everything over to it without a problem from iCloud. It charges quickly. Battery is really good exactly as I expected it to be…hardly any where and tear on it. I really don’t see any scratches anywhere. Camera is excellent. I tried videos and photos and night mode. Phone functions perfectly. I’ve used every mode. I possibly can . I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I would recommend anyone to get this if they want to save a little money and have an excellent phone! overnight shipping too was on time and perfect! I will definitely buy from this company again!

I would definitely recommend buying from this vendor! The phone came absolutely SPOTLESS like a brand new phone. Had a little difficulty with shipping but they were very responsive and even delivered on Sunday to make the mistake right. Little Tip: I had trouble activating the phone with my carrier but I factory reset the phone and everything worked perfectly after that. If you have difficulty connecting your carrier try factory resetting the phone.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this iPhone 14 Plus from Amazon about six months ago, and it’s hands down the best phone I’ve purchased from the platform. I upgraded from an iPhone 11, and the difference was instantly noticeable. The battery life is significantly better, the phone feels much faster, and the larger screen makes everything look and feel more premium. It came with over 90% battery health, which is great, and setup was smooth and easy. One of the biggest improvements I noticed was in the camera—the photos and videos are incredibly clear and sharp, especially compared to my old phone. The quality really impressed me. The phone has barely overheated or lagged, and it just feels solid overall. Unfortunately, I did damage it with water, but because it performed so well, I’ll definitely be buying another. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, this is 100% worth it. Also, the 256 GB of space is great because I am a content creator, and moving from 64 GB to 256 GB of space was definitely an improvement.

Received phone 2 days ago. Bought in excellent condition, but looks like it was open in the corner of phone with sharp object as there is a small sharp edge with paint missing. (Just bought a case to cover) Also, not sure if phone is supposed to get hot when on speaker for 5 minutes, but phone is very warm to touch. Hopefully phone will work for years to come, but would probably not buy ‘excellent” condition if this is what it is. I was impressed with phone at first glance, but then saw corner and thought the heat was just from taking time to set up. It seems to be heating up with use as well. Not sure how to contact seller to tell my concerns. I also thought I bought from Woot, but think it came from different source. We shall see. —— Following up on original post. Phone is great! Battery life almost always above 55 percent after all day use. No regrets on refurbished, I would recommend this phone.
