I did not find anything that I dislike about the product. Light weight and cuts really well. Battery could last a little longer; but it works great. I thought the product came with two batteries.

At first the company said I had the insurance, then they said my Visa card refused payment, so I had to go back in and try to reinstate the insurance. It was a real hassle that was uncalled for. It finally got resolved but took a lot of my time.
