I’m so glad I purchased the protection plan for my dryer. It stopped working. They couldn’t find a repair place so I got reimbursed the dollar amount before tax for the price of the dryer in the form of a Amazon gift card.

I filed a claim on an ice maker I purchased July 13. I was told we will contact you in 2 days after chat op took all my info. No I check my claim was canceled. I call take the missing info that I gave during my chat call I was told I've sent an email w claim number. No email. Not happy at all. Maybe because I filed a claim on an ac I wonder is this company a 1 claim wonder. It's not my fault product is defective. Not happy.

It all worked out fine but I figured they couldn't repair it because its a auto fridge made in China. They are made to be disposable for the most part but they had to check it 1st to verify my claim. They found out quickly there was no parts they could order (compressor on a sealed system) so credit was given for purchase price but NOT tax. I contacted Amazon and said I would need them to give me credit for tax, they did.

This was amazing. I submitted the claim with the explanation of the problem. Within 5 minutes all of this happened: I was notified that the claim was approved and a full refund would be issued via an Amazon gift card. I received the gift card email with the instructions for activating the card. I activated the card by the required code showing in the email. My gift card balance immediately showed the amount. Absolutely incredible!

The assigned service provider never showed and it took 2 additional communication efforts with Asurion to get resolution. But in the end, they paid the claim and promptly once the decision was made.

I owned an ice maker for about a year and after a year it went out started making horrible noises and wouldn't make any ice it was super easy to file a claim and when they got back to me they refunded my money for the unit I have now purchased a new one and it works just great
