Very disappointed with Asurion coverage. Was told that the coverage I bought doesn’t cover the item I purchased it for. Than took almost a month of getting the run around, I finally emailed ceo of company for anything to get done. Money was finally refunded for item but didn’t receive reimbursement for all the food that went bad in fridge. And the covered cover $250 for that but got nothing. Nobody wanted to do anything until I emailed the ceo of the company directly than he must have out a fire under somebody’s azz. Cause the next day they wanted to finally help me. I WILL NEVER BUY coverage from ASURION again.

I just purchased the wine cooler. Other than delivery issue ., the product is functioning nicely so far, It does not hold 190 Napa 750 ML bottles, it may be able to hold 190 French wine bottles.

I ordered the plan with the purchased item. I had an issue with said item, they said that they could not help me with the matter. Also issues related to the price point associated with the item and the set rate of coverage even though the product was purchased with the price range listed. Per conversation with the "chat help," all matters must be resolved within Amazon customer service. Service rep disconnected from the conversation prior to conflict resolution. 0/10 recommend

Spent 4 hours being bounced around on the phone by these people trying to submit a simple claim. They kept trying to transfer me to the manufacturer of the product claiming it's their responsibility. At this point it's not even worth the headache. I will just be smart and buy another one from a local store who can take care of me if I have a problem.
