No hassle, prepaid label to return item. Instructions were to box in any box , attach label and take to UPS store… for us, we had UPS delivering that day, so put it out for them to pickup. Amazon gift card was in my email within 20 mins of it being picked up. A plastic flange broke on my Omega juicer; my 3 yr plan would have expired in 4 months. I logged into my past purchases on Amazon and saw the link to the plan. Clicked on the link, they asked for a basic description and a photo. Within a few hours, I was notified of a complete refund of the purchase price.     • I have not been able to figure out how to contact Asurion to process a warranty claim.
I have looked through the email from Asurion, my invoice and the ASURION 3 Year Kitchen Protection Plan product page. It's frustrating that they have hidden themselves to make it harder to contact them to file a claim. In trying to "send a message" to the seller, Amazon's Messaging Assistant is in a broken loop, "Can't find the seller". I have even tried to go to Asurion's Store and am unable to find instructions on how to process a claim or even contact Asurion. ... show more

The whole process of filing a claim was fast and simple. Assurance came through with a full refund so I could purchase a replacement and have it delivered the next day.
