Our air fryer stopped functioning properly and I submitted a claim to Asurion over the phone. They processed my claim immediately. I did have to box up the unit and take it to UPS for shipping (Asurion paid the shipping fees). I literally had my refund the same day. Very happy with the service.

I purchased a blender last year that stopped working. Placed a claim with the added warranty I purchased with asurion and it was literally resolved in 10 minutes. They fully refunded the amount of my purchase after I returned the defective item for the full amount. Will definitely purchase again, great deal! ... show more

    • I have not been able to figure out how to contact Asurion to process a warranty claim.
I have looked through the email from Asurion, my invoice and the ASURION 3 Year Kitchen Protection Plan product page. It's frustrating that they have hidden themselves to make it harder to contact them to file a claim. In trying to "send a message" to the seller, Amazon's Messaging Assistant is in a broken loop, "Can't find the seller". I have even tried to go to Asurion's Store and am unable to find instructions on how to process a claim or even contact Asurion. ... show more

I love this. I made my breakfast and dinner in it. My waffles were done perfectly, and the sausage was hot and juicy. My dinner were sliders. They were done to perfection. I highly recommend this.
