I had an issue with something I bought the protection plan for and with in 6 month, I had trouble with it so i filed a claim and they honored their coverage on it. Was expecting a lengthy process but it was resolved in a matter of days and could not be happier with the plan or outcome. Better to be safe than sorry.

Not happy with the outcome of help. I bought insurance so I could fix or repair my items. They gave me less money then what it was worth. Didn’t even try to fix our product.

I am shocked to note the lenses on all four of my outdoor lamps are turning cloudy and slight yellowing. The manufacturer should make these glass even if they have to charge more monies for longevity and less light shinning thru. The quality would be MUCH BETTER I only had these October 2023 and started to be Get Cloudly 1 Month ago!!!!

The plan is supposed to protect my fieldpiece charge kit from any damage it might sustain. And it adds 2 extra years of protection because the manufacturer warranty is for only one year.
