Im so happy I bought the protection plan. My heater only worked a short time. Then we only had power to it and that was it. I got in touch with asurion. He was very polite to deal with. Answered all my questions and put my claim thru. This is something I will definitely get with certain items.

I purchased the additional Asurion coverage for a cordless drill and typically do purchase the additional coverage, but never again. I've only ever had to use the Asurion coverage once before and it was such a simple process, I've been a loyal customer ever since. This time I've had to complete the same form 3 times... and I'm tech-savvy, so that's not the issue. They keep sending me the same form to complete and upload. I've talked to customer service multiple times. They are nice, but get nothing done... just tell me to do the online form. So this seems like a way to just get you to give up. Never again.
