Asurion was geat they settled may clam quickly without a hassle. After a few questions and a description of my problem everything was settled. It made me a fan of getting insurance on appliances. It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The cost is minimal and if needed it pays for itself.

Purchased a rope light for my outdoor mulch bed. It laster about two years and then a section of it went out. Filed my claim with Asurion and they emailed me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. As soon as the package was in transit, they emailed me an Amazon gift card for what I paid on the item. Overall, very satisfied!

Don't waste your money. I have 18 Amazon products that I have purchased the warranty over the last few years. The first time I had to use the warranty because a product broke and they still have not replaced the pool pump or given me a credit. Feb 9 and its now June 11. Several calls and over 10 contacts with Asurion and promises of they will call me or get ahold of me and nothing. I am talking to them now and still nothing. Don't waste your money.
