These people are dreadful to deal with. I have submitted all the requested documentation multiple times, had the claim approved, and now I am back to dealing with "send documents for claim approval". They will delay, dodge and come up with any excuse to not pay a claim. I truly regret getting a 2nd plan from them when I had to purchase a replacement product (for the original because they won't honor their policy). They truly will try and outlast you and hope you forget or give up so they don't have to pay a claim. This is only for $200 - I can't imagine how they would be for an expensive item.

This was one of the only times I have ever used an extended warranty and it was a breeze from start to finish. Our water purifier crapped out at around the one year mark and we put in a claim and were paid out within a couple of days. Would recommend.

My product that was covered failed at about 2 1/2 years in and their initial request was for me to send them a list of the parts that would be needed so they could mail them to me for repair. After I sent them the terms from the contract indicating they either had to pay for shipping to a repair facility or refund the purchase price they promptly assured me that is what would happen and I received a gift card credit on Amazon a few days later. While the initial claim process and interaction was a little clunky, I appreciate there not being any big disappointment and I was just taken care of. I would consider purchasing this plan in the future.
