Unfortunately My computer that I purchased from amazon pooped out on me. Asurion exclaimed that my pc was not repairable and told me I would be getting a full refund. Turn around time for the refund took almost twenty days. However the delay was my fault as I was unaware I had to email them the original invoice to facilitate the reimbursement. all in all - very happy I chose to spend the extra money for a warranty otherwise I would've been left with an almost four thousand dollar dead pc. 5/5. This protection plan is reasonably priced. After placing my order, I received an email with all of the relevant information. I haven't had to file a claim yet for this plan, but I did for another Asurion plan and that process went smoothly. I feel better knowing that if something catastrophic happens, that I will be covered.

It took over 2 weeks for them to determine my computer was not repairable. They did ship it back and it still works. They also refunded me my entire original amount I paid for on Amazon so I could get a brand new computer. It however took over a week to get the check in the mail. I would recommend them to cover yourself when buying a computer on Amazon but I’d also just recommend don’t buy a computer on Amazon unless it’s a brand you 100% have had success with.

It is hard to review a service I have not yet needed to use. However, the fact that this offer is there is reassuring somewhat, generally computers don't breakdown unless by viruses, hopefully if I need this service they will come through.

Purchased a computer from CUK and the extended warranty from assurion - called to use the warranty and was left on hold for over 1hr 17min - problem not resolved -- total waste of money!! Not a satisfied customer!!

First of all, my claim was properly processed, and they issued a full refund for my computer. But here are some minor issues. -They asked me to email them the receipt. However, their email server was having issues, and both of the emails they sent me and I sent them were being bounced back. -When I checked the "claim status" on their web, it said "the issue resolved". However, at that time, they have not even mailed me the check yet.
