This protection plan is reasonably priced. After placing my order, I received an email with all of the relevant information. I haven't had to file a claim yet for this plan, but I did for another Asurion plan and that process went smoothly. I feel better knowing that if something catastrophic happens, that I will be covered.

It is hard to review a service I have not yet needed to use. However, the fact that this offer is there is reassuring somewhat, generally computers don't breakdown unless by viruses, hopefully if I need this service they will come through.
