Asurion is crap. First of all it was a challenge to get them to even acknowledge the warranty I purchased because the product was on sale and I purchased a higher priced warranty. I wouldn't expect that to be a problem, but it was. Secondly, my very clear photos of the product issues were not accepted, after several attempts, and ultimately Asurion denied and cancelled the claim. Who can use an RC car that is supposed to have all-wheel drive but only the front wheels engage? With that type of design the product does not work properly and leads only to disappointment, which was supposed to be avoided by purchasing this warranty. Cheap price, cheap outcome, cheap warranty, and cheap company.
