Purchased this recumbent bike for my spouse to improve his leg strength and balance following spinal surgery. Shipment arrived and I put the bike together. Directions were clear and i installed it by myself, although I recommend having a second person to do this easier. It was ready to go as soon as put together and he has been using it every day. The bike is comfortable and the computer is very good. His favorite feature is the shelf under the computer that easily allows you to place a tablet to enable you to watch movies or read books while exercising, which helps ease the boredom of exercising! The bike doesn't take up a lot of room, is attractive, and easy to use. We highly recommend this bike and were happy with the price compared to other models with less features. I would recommend this bike to anyone!

Bought asurion protection on a treadmill we purchased a year ago. It quit working and started throwing errors on the screen. When we filed the claim online. Literally in less than 5 minutes, we had our money refunded, and within another five minutes we had purchased a replacement unit. No hassle, just results!

Aurion's service was great. When my walking pad broke down, the team was pretty quick to provide me with an actual representative to chat with. I explained the issue, the agent verified my information and then asked a few more questions. As I was using the chat function, there was a bit of a lag, but in general, in less than 10 minutes, the agent was able to confirm that I qualified for a full refund and made the next steps very clear. He also confirmed how I should dispose of the the device. I received my refund in the form of an Amazon gift card within 3 hours after my chat.

I bought a walking pad off Amazon and decided to buy a two year warranty through ASURION. One day, 18 months in, I ended up with a non-working walking pad. I tried to contact the sellers to ask how to get the walking pad fixed and found that they are no longer sellers on Amazon. So I turned to ASURION to see what help they could give to me. Once I filled out their forms, they sent me a full refund! I'm so grateful for their wonderful customer service.

Filing a claim was very easy! I was able to get a refund for my broken walking pad. The refund check came in the mail in just a few days. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience & I feel comfortable purchasing this type of plan again if needed in the future.

This warranty is not through Amazon. It is from a scam company called Asurion. The policy I purchased and which was offered to me on check out on Amazon was a “sporting goods protection plan” specifically covering “cracks, spills and broken portable items.” i purchased it for a fishing pole, a portable sporting goods item. When the fishing pole broke, i had to track down the Asurion company. Amazon won’t help you with this and does not appear to care about fraudulent sellers. The Asurion company now tells me that the SORTING GOODS plan offered directly with this fishing pole does not cover fishing poles but only “portable items” which they define as phones and tablets ONLY under this SPORTING GOODS plan. This is a clear breach of conventional and good faith language use. And it is fraud. It is fraud from the company due to false advertising and should be considered fraud by Amazon as well for giving this company a privileged position of offering scam warranty plans at check out when customers purchase more expensive items There is no way a reasonable person could tell from this policy that it wouldn't cover a fishing pole and it clearly should not be offered with an item it doesn't cover. Amazon bears responsibility for offering it with items it does not cover. But the Asurion company’s slogan of “No gotcha, no gimmicks” is just sick and cruel when their whole business model is "Gotcha, sucker! What a fool you were to believe us! Thanks for the free money." I will be pursuing media coverage of this scam in consumer publications. This kind of blatant fraud should not be allowed on a platform like Amazon that so many now rely on. I will be mounting social media campaigns to expose the Asurion scam. Please share and do so as well. The only way to combat corporate fraud is if people are active in informing others. The worst part is that there were reviews that could have told me this, but when offered this plan at checkout there were no reviews. It wasn't even clear that this wasn't an Amazon warranty. There was no way to verify and I stupidly trusted Amazon. The only way Amazon can redeem our trust is to permanently ban the Asurion scam from its platform.
