I have used Asurion a few times and it's always a painless process. I do try to get extended warranties on certain things and am glad when it's Asurion that is covering it. They are quick to reply and I feel is a good value and b protection for my items.

Super simple and straight forward to file a claim. The company was quick to reply and very straight forward with what they needed and how to get it to them. From filing the claim to resolution it took less than one day and the company was beyond what I expected to help fix the issue.

They couldn't fix the issue with the e-bike but they did give me the amount back i paid for the bike. It was easy to do, and they were very helpful.

I purchased the 2 year warranty when I purchased an under desk treadmill only for peace of mind because there were no reviews on the product or seller at the time I was purchasing and I really was worried about how long the treadmill would last. Well, the treadmill worked fabulously for over a year and then started to go awry and I was no longer able to safely use it. Asurion was absolutely wonderful when I described the problem and had pictures of what was wrong. I received a e-gift card within 24 hours of my initial contact with Asurion. I was so impressed with their customer service and support that when I purchased my replacement treadmill, I also purchased another 2 year warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy expensive sports equipment.

Absolute waste of money. I purchased this protection plan for my stand up paddle boards. One of the fins has broken off and I'm not able to re-attach it to the SUP. I called Asurion to get a replacement fin of refund and I was told that they would not cover it reach out to Amazon. I reached out to Amazon and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer. Thanks for the run around and waste of time and money.
