I brought a little ATV battery powered for my son and it ended up not working after three or so months. It wasn’t holding charge and would just shut off, I also got the extra warranty and once I filed a claim everything was great l. Not insurance. This doesn’t cover you from day one. Do NOT buy this insurance. My sons scooter stopped working 3 months after I purchased it, I purchased this coverage because it said it covered the scooter from day 1, not true, they sent me right back to Segway; dealing with Segway is a nightmare. That’s why I purchased the additional insurance.

We called Asurion because a part on our grandson’s scooter was malfunctioning. We were expecting them to just replace the part but they replace the whole scooter! We just sat there in shock! Wow!! Thank you Asurion… your made our day especially when we told our grandson. Thanks again for going over and beyond!

I purchased a plan through Amazon to cover my Amazon purchase of an e-scooter, both on the same invoice. When the scooter frame broke and I tried to file a claim with Asurion, they kept pushing me to file the claim online. their online system required me verifying my identity by responding to a code they would send to my email, which they then failed to send. Next they directed me to log in through Amazon - same routine, same results. Then they claimed their only responsibility was to put me in contact with the manufacturer. Scam - avoid!
