Asurion has helped me soooo many times. I buy their plans with every $$ purchase, and I buy a lot of electronics. There's no way of knowing the quality of anything or how long it will last. Asurion has taken care of every claim I've made in a very friendly and professional manner, making sure that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. In the future, I will buy the plan that covers everything I buy, instead of buying one plan for each item. Seems to make more sense and save money.

Their service I quick and reliable. When one option doesn’t work, they quickly take another approach. It was easy to file a claim with asurion. Though the items couldn’t be fixed, they were very diligent in making sure we received our refund.

Unfortunately the item that it was intended for came defected or damaged. A Real Bummer. I figure I will need for another product when I eventually do buy it in the store. I will not be buying another mini washing machine after this. I was really looking forward to it. Anyway, the stand is easy to assemble and easy to level. Sturdy good quality, and make sure you wait for the click on the secure tab, it does click, you just need to make sure you push hard enough!
