Had a new keyboard for about two months before I accidentally spilled water on it. Tried to dry it off immediately but the water was already in it so the keyboard shorted out and stopped working altogether. Filed a claim, took about 2 minutes total and they approved it and sent a shipping label to send the broken keyboard in. Received a gift card within a day and was able to replace it very quickly. walmart uses allstate, but I'm going with Asurion from now on. I've had to do four claims over the last few years, and it's always been incredibly easy. Even dealt with a furniture repairman coming over to see if repair was possible, and he said no. was still super easy.

My printer went out on me not too long ago. I was devastated because I hadn’t used it but a few times. I called customer support and everything and you have to have a subscription in order to even get help with tech support on Canon. So I gave up. I went searching through my orders back 2021 for a tv mount and came up on one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I peeped that I purchased a protection plan through Asurion and it is still active. I sent in a claim and they sent me a label and the rest was history. I would definitely recommend this product. They do just what they say and they’re quick. I took the product to ups and by that night I had an email. Bout time I woke up the next day I had my gift card and by the day after that I got a new printer!!!
