Unfortunately my son spoiled a drink on his laptop and it was not able to be fixed. We were notified right away of this and within minutes they had refunded us the warranted amount in an Amazon card. I have to say, I was very impressed by that. I was skeptical about buying the warranty, they always feel useless to me, but in this case I am so glad I did. The save day I ordered another laptop for the same son, and believe me. I got the warranty again ! Be sure to get this warranty. It’s with it for piece of mind. It does not add coverage on top of existing MFG warranty. So for a two year add on, you only get an extended one year after the MFG one year expires. Coverage may be better, but won't know unless I need to use it.

I paid for the warranty and never received it. The day I got the computer it worked for 5 mins and then when we turned it off to go eat dinner, it had a black screen when we returned. Y friend who is a computer genius told me what to do to program it back on but ever since I can’t restart it it or download the expensive games I bought because it required an admin code that I was never given or made. So I can’t use the $30 games I bought the computer for at all. Then a week before school started, ow none of our passwords will gain us entry to the computer and we cannot use it at all. We have used the computer 4 times since I bought it and it was my sons birthday present so he could play games and do virtual school in August. He was able to play cuphead once and Minecraft twice and then I was able to sign in the day we got it. I was sorely disappointed. I can’t get any type of support assistance since thewarrenty I paid for was send to to an older email I don’t use but I still can’t find it there. I have a useless autopsy I spend months researching to get the perfect laptop for him since he wanted to learn gamig, play his games and do his schoolwork. He never got a chance and I can’t get hope. The warranty co said to check several think and so far I haven’t found them. I need this computer working tomorrow for school and I don’t know what to do. I expected that since I bought a new expensive computer with an extra warranty I wouldn’t have trouble. I don’t even know how rto access Lenovo assistance since I can’t get in the computer. Plus there is no way to get the admin code even though I never set it up.i am very disappointed and hoped to love Lenovo, I never bought me one because I require touch scheme and I thought for gaming he wouldn’t really need it so decided to give it a chance. Been nothing but problems since I took out of box. The 3 to 4 times it worked, it looked and worked great on the riggings it chose to work on. Hopefully I will be able to figure out a way to fix it soon. My sons grades depend on them and he is a straight a student, I already had to cancel the coding class that he wanted more than anything and was his big present since he wants to learn coding. Very disappointed so far. When we had Lenovo at work, I loved them. This one was crap. I hope to amend that later. But it’s almost spelt and this happened June 14 till now, I gave up early July. Wasted money I saved all year for a good computer for my son. I do Telehealth Nd I have lost 2 computers but I expect that as I a,on the computers working 16 to 20 hours a day doing mental health therapy and paid $300 for the computers. Not sure how I will fix that but now Lenovo’s problem. And my warrenty just expired for mine, I had it working the week around the warrenty, the next ndY it broke, like it happens around here. But that was hp not Lenovo and their cheapest computer

I used this for my kids laptop, and twice now it is well Worth the cost. Between hauling the laptop and backpacks, using it at school activities at home, things are bound to happen that won’t be covered under manufacturers warranty. This company will ensure if it isn’t fixed, it will be replaced, or refunded.
