The CFVYNE Lift Chair was purchased through Amazon and they have not stood by the Warranty on this product, it was purchased on May 30,2024. The chair has broken under the bottom, the metal bar for the footrest and now the chair is leaning unuseable . I reported this issue 2 weeks ago and now I'm getting the run around, sending me everywhere but not returning my refund because the chair is still under Manufactured warranty. This is a lot of money to not get a return on for a broken product. ASURION is the WORST warranty company I have ever dealt with, I do plan on filing legal action because now they are giving me false information and not honoring the 2 year warranty I placed on this product the Seller is no longer available and they know this but they inform me to contact them. I did make an attempt contact the SELLER and they are no longer available, but since ASURION wants to screw me over, I will let the attorney get me more than the chair for mental distress because they will not honor the warranty on this product. I paid over $600.00 for this chair that broke and fell over on me when the metal piece broke on the section where the chair lifts. All ASURION did was pass me around to different representatives of their company so now I'm going to pass them onto my attorney, they had their chance to do right by me so now it is out of my hands. ... show more

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE WARRANTIES. IT IS A WATE OF TIME AND A SCAM! My bed broke, I purchased a 2year warranty. I am now being given the run around an told to find my own repair man, pay for it an it MAY be reimbursed. I won't purchase another warranty nor will I purchase any furniture or electronics off or Amazon as long as asurion is their warranty company. ... show more

    • Prepare to work for it.
The whole process is very confusing and takes multiple attempts at submissions and phone calls. I did get my reimbursement though so not a total loss.
