I have had a whole lot of problems with these in the past. Their website leaves a lot to be desired. I keep buying them because despite the frustration, they have saved me money when stuff breaks down well before it's time. I recently made a claim on a security camera and it could not have gone any smoother. It was just exactly how it was supposed to go. Even tho it took a couple of attempts to actually file the claim, it was completed in a matter of a couple hours once the weekend was over.

The child who opened this gift was very excited and will enjoy it once his parents stop playing with it:) This was for a second grade child who is very interested in science. This is a high-quality "toy" which is actually a great STEM tool.

I had an issue with a product I purchased almost 2 years ago. I used it once and left it in a drawer. I went to use it a couple weeks ago and it was not working. I called Asurion to file a claim and they took care of me right away. Simple and easy. Thank you, Asurion!

when i bought this product it was called safeview. now they are calling it asurion. it never worked very well even though i have good signal and when i tried to cancel it, they make it impossible to cancel, i still haven't figured out how to cancel. terrible product would not recommend.

I almost never buy these warranties when I purchase electronics but I figured a $500 camera on a hike is more likely to have an accident than most things and it would be a good idea to have some protection should I accidentally drop it in a puddle while photographing a mushroom which is probably the most probable thing that might happen.... right? . So I went ahead and got this protection plan. Go figure I had the camera for about a week when while sitting in a chair ,on my own deck, photographing birds, I stood up and rapped the camera on the arm of my chair in just the right spot to shatter the display screen. So I started the claim process on a Saturday afternoon. By Monday it was approved. Got it sent out on Friday afternoon received confirmation that the repair was in progress on Tuesday. Camera was repaired and back in my hands on Friday. Money well spent.
