These weights are perfect for me! I love the fact that they’re 20 pounds each with 2 2.5 & 7.5 lbs on each side and changeable. another thing that’s nice about it is if you’re like me and travel with them you can take them apart so they don’t take up as much space during your travels. If you wanted other size plates, you could also purchase more sizes that fit the bars overall I believe you would love these weights and be happy with your purchase just like me.

I bought this weight set a couple of months ago and I am thoroughly satisfied with them. They are incredibly simple to assemble and use. There is nothing much to say, they are weight sets and they do the job perfectly fine. The only drawbacks I may have is that the plates are pretty big so it may be uncomfortable to workout with at first but it is nothing that can really hinder the workouts. Along with that, the plates are full of sand so if you buy this set you will have to be somewhat careful with how you handle these weights in order to keep the sand leakage to a minimal. That being said you don't have to handle the weights like a baby but just be considerate as being rough may cause some sand to leak out. Overall this set is amazing for the price and gets the job done. I would recommend these for any home gyms that are looking for a cheap affordable option. I will continue to use these and workout with them.

I purchased these at 70% off for about $20. The bars and retainers are a light, rigid polymer and the retainers spin on and off smoothly. The grips are knurled and have a secure feel in hand. There's no noise or rattle and the weights stay snug on the bars. I would repurchase this without hesitation. Good product / Great price.

The classic saying it's a 40 lbs set. Yes, obviously if you really read it's 20 lbs each. But never do you refer to a set of 20 lbs dumbbells as a 40 lbs. Product title should say 20lbs Dumbbell Set (Total of 40 lbs). The title implies 40 lbs, but a set of them, which would total 80 lbs. Also, they seem EXTREMELY cheap and won't last you a year. One seems ready to break and spill sand all over. There's no extra room to add other weights either. Can't combine the two 7.5's from the other dumbbell to make a 30 lb one b/c they're the plates are too thick to fit. They were super oily too when I got them.

when i first saw the price i thought this was a great deal. 40lbs for $20. However when i got them i was disappointed with the quality and the fact that they are filled with sand. if i wouldve known that i wouldnt have bought them. i’m honestly not even sure if they are 40lbs in total when i opened the box mine were a bit sandy on the outside. also the dumbells are like really really big i have others that are way smaller than these
