When you purchase this protection plan, they email you a number AND the proof of purchase is part of your order history, just like everything else. So, you can't really lose it. I purchased a plan in 2022 for my wife's $900 camera. Over two years later, she accidentally dropped it. It's not that I expected a used car salesman runaround where I'd be so frustrated with the process I'd give up, but I certainly expected some hurdles when filing a claim. Nope. None. I called them and gave them the Amazon order number, which I believe is the same number they use for the plan. They verified my email and address with Amazon. I downloaded the prepaid UPS return label from their website. I packed the camera and took it to UPS. In less than a week we had the camera back. I expected a refurbished camera, but her small strap attachment was still there. Everything was reset back to the factory setting and there was note that they ran it through a diagnostic's check after they fixed it. I really couldn't believe how easy it was. I will definitely purchase this protection plan again. For $79, we saved a $900 camera which, they don't make anymore.

Highly recommended purchasing this insurance just in case. The inspection camera I purchased had a faulty monitor and Asurion refunded the entire amount immediately. Very satisfied with this company. Fast response as well. Thanks guys!

Thankfully I haven’t had to use their service yet for this purchase. I did buy the extended warranty due to previous service from this company. Their service is super efficient and effective. I have never had a problem when interacting with them

Sent my camera back because the iso wasn't working correctly. Waited two week to get back only to be told that they couldn't replicate the errors I had with it and that I have to send back again. I missed Christmas photos and now new years videos. This is ridiculous.

Lens seems to be in perfect working order and cleaned! Did take a long time to get back, and don't think original problem was fixed.
