abunda_amazon_reviews What struck me first, was the sheer weight of this bike: it's HEAVY! My first exercise bike, made by a leading company, was a piece of junk in comparison. Sleek & balanced, the wheel spins freely, but with much momentum: you are paying for the heavier wheel. The multi-handle is a must if you like to exercise according to mood or physical state: in other words, you may select "touring" bars, "10-speed" racing, or "outta-this-world" racing! Very nice. The fact that there are no electronics associated, means the bike will last a good long time. I don't need inspiration to exercise......if I'm not in the work-out mood, I just watch an episode of "My 600 Pound Life." Basic biking, and easily adjustable resistance: this is exactly what I wanted. Every aspect of this bike is nice......except for the assembly instructions. Oui ! While most of the unit has been pre-assembled, the remaining is up to looking at pictures (great for guys) and using common sense. For example, the seat thingy was not fitting into the adjustable mounting doddle, so I had to turn the thingy around because someone at the manufacturer wasn't paying attention. Things like that. In addition, I wound-up with a packet of extra hardware; I have scanned...I mean READ, the instructions, and cannot find any use for this hardware except to put in my hardware drawer. That was thoughtful of the manufacturer. Good thing I don't build aircraft, right? Long story short: I'm very pleased with this bike, hands down, and would purchase again.;;January 9, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Well made & engineered;;CR Mainwearing;;;First off I have to say that I will come back to update this after I’ve put some time in the saddle but so far I am very impressed. My wife and I went to a few different commercial grade equipment stores and this bike was priced with their cheapest offerings but performs with at least their mid tier commercial bikes. When we tested out a Peloton at the Peloton store we were not impressed for the money they charge. My wife couldn’t even comfortably each the handlebars on the Peloton and for $2000 plus that is unacceptable. In my opinion this bike is at least as good as the Peloton if not better, with the exception of the lack of display/monitor of course. We plan to use this with Apple TV and stream Peloton app on TV and use a Wahoo to get Cadence readout. The Good: -extremely heavy duty bike -very well packaged -easy to put together -very smooth and quiet ride with the magnetic resistance -adjustments are very robust and tighten down easily, no movement anywhere when you get it set where you want it The bad: -handlebars do not go up very high so I would use caution if you are over 6’ -seat only does down far enough for someone 5’1” or taller, my wife uses bike at lowest seat setting -wish it had even just a basic display of workout time and RPM or distance;;March 1, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Best bang for the buck I could find;;Justin B;;;First impression when assembling is the quality is top notch. It's sturdy, smooth, and so quiet. The way that the handlebars and seat adjust horizontally and vertically made it really easy to get a perfect fit for me. Assembly was free when I ordered my bike, so I had it professionally assembled. Since it doesn't have an onboard computer, I bought a Wahoo cadence sensor, and mounted that to the pedal crank arm. I also bought the Wahoo RPM sensor, but can't figure out how to mount it on this bike. I bought the Sunny tablet/phone holder so I could use the Wahoo app and a popular indoor cycling app. Because I use two apps when I cycle and monitoring cadence is important, I spend most of the time with the Wahoo app displayed on my screen, and just have to listen to the indoor cycling app. I'm debating about buying a more elaborate computer to add to the bike (in place of the Wahoo sensors).;;October 6, 2018;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Love this bike, but wish it came with a computer to measure cadence, resistance and output;;Stephanie Henson;;;I decided to wait some time before writing a review for this product, and I am still pleased with this spin bike. It is heavy, but built to withstand attacks, and there's plenty of smooth resistance levels from the beginner to the more intense workouts. Even after a year of using this bike, it's still a quiet bike to exercise on, and I'm expecting to be using it for many more years. My only complaint is the limited handle bar adjustment (maybe a horizontal inch too short for my height, I'm 5"6), but it's definitely not a deal breaker.;;December 16, 2019;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;One year review;;james
