This is a wonderful label printer. It's small enough to keep on my desk without taking up a ton of space and works wonderfully. While I did have a few issues with getting the printed labels to scan correctly at the post office, the customer service was top notch. They were able to solve the problem quickly and even sent a few extra emails to me making sure everything was working as it should. Would I purchase this printer again if I ever needed another one ? Im legit surprised on how fast the printing process is. Is a bit loud i will say but overall perfect to use on a small business. Easy to use and install tru the app is a very easy process. Look fir the instructions and there will be a qr code and that automatically will take you to download the app and then boom you already using it. One down little detail is that you need to use it while is plug in. But overall a great experience super recommended ... show more
