I fell in love with this pots and pans set because of the beautiful white granite and the wood-look of the handles! I'm even more pleased now that I've had a chance to cook with them - they are 100% non-stick! I use a gas stove and have had no problems with even heat distribution, and cleanup is very easy (no elbow grease required!).
