Bought this chair based off many reviews to replace a 14 year old high back office chair. The lumbar support is very hard and too big to be comfortable. The arm rests are very adjustable, but also hard. Even with tension all the way out, the chair doesn't want to rock back without lots of effort. I even swapped the base off my other chair that fit the new one and it failed to rock back also, so it's a design issue with where they attach the base to the bottom of the chair.
