I had a rubber seal go bad, called support, a human picked up!!! and they send me replacement parts that arrived in 2 days. Cannot recommend this company enough. In terms of the product, people like to swivel in the chair and bash into the counter so there are lots of chips on the finish where you can see the engineered wood underneath. It's hard to make those robust and stop people from hitting the chair I'd also like to have a thicker foot rest so it's more comfortable with bare feet I'd buy this again ... show more

When the pandemic hit and I started working from home fulltime I tried to set up an office space for myself. I don't have a dedicated office so I used the bar in my kitchen. It's a little high and the barstools I have don't lend themselves to sitting around for hours, like a work day. I first tried standing sometimes, etc. But, ultimately, my joints started to suffer - I have concrete floors. So, I bought this stool and it was perfect - height adjustable, foot support, comfy. But, it didn't take long before it started wobbling right where it goes into the base. It's not a solid piece. The support pole is inserted into the base and fixed in place with some small welded/soldered braces. These weakened. Welp, just this past week it finally gave up the ghost and it's unusable. I might try to see if I can put something in the base to make it steady. But at the moment, you can't sit in it. For about $120 I would've thought I could get years out of this, not 1 year. So, I have to down rate it. ... show more

This chair is amazing for my work set-up at home. I converted a bar table into a mini-desk, and this chair has made the entire office a more comfortable experience. There is a bit of a squeak when it turns without weight in it, but when I'm sitting on it, the issue seems to go away.
