I installed the laser on my 380 version one Ruger. I took it to range and cited it in and it’s fantastic. The Ruger is my concealed carry gun of choice as it is a light compact pistol. The only problem is that the sites are mailed into the barrel, are impossible to see easily, especially in low light situations, when I carry it, I turn the laser switch on so if I have to pull it as I touch the gun the trigger the laser comes on it isn’t intuitive and accurate. Very easy to install on my Ruger LCP II and fit is perfect. Laser beam was already aligned with gun sights after installation. I initially ordered the wrong laser by mistake(for LCP instead of LCP II) and didn't realize until order arrived. I called Armalaser and told them about my error. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS LASER, I WAS NOT SURE IT WOULD FIT MY RUGER LCP CUSTOM. I HAD TROUBLE AT FIRST SNAPPING IT ON MY TRIGGER GUARD BUT AFTER SEVERAL TRIES I HAD SUCCESS. I WISHED THE POSTING MADE IT CLEAR THAT THE TR 2 WAS GOOD FOR THE LCP AND LCP CUSTOM. I AM HAPPY WITH IT AND THE GRIP ACTIVATION IS GREAT.
