Firstly let me say that this functions well, it is a great Fryer at its price point. However there are a few things that you should take into consideration. The first being the amount of power that is needed for just one of the fryers . In order to operate both fryers at the same time you will need to separate circuits with at least a 15 amp breaker on each. Anything less will chip your breaker for that particular circuit. The other thing to take into consideration is that when your thoroughly cleaning this fry the outside edges are very sharp and so we'll cut you very easily. Other than those two issues the machine is relatively easy to clean up and functions Well for now.

It’s pretty pog ngl,, only complaint is temp limit at 375. It’s honestly fine as it retains heat, but I prefer 400. Also about power hungry but all the way around poggers

We liked quick heating, ease of cleaning and the size is right for many uses. Clam cakes, French fries and chicken are all accommodated. Also like the plate that separates the basket from the heating element. Very nice product. After reading many reviews of a wide range of offerings, we are happy we selected the Arlime.
