The unit is so quiet, I have to look and the fan to see if its running. The app is simple and easy to use. The heater arrived and was installed right away but would not power up. I reached out to Aquastrong support and they promptly started working with me to troubleshoot the issue. After some back and forth, it was determined that the heater motherboard was bad and a new heater would be needed. I was immediately refunded and then I went ahead and placed a new order which came quickly. After setting up the new heater and connecting power, it turned on right away and worked as expected. The power controls and the app work very well and I was most excited about being able to control the heater from my phone. So far so good. Works great and heated up my 8,000 gallon pool to 88 within a day. Although the customer support is only through email, which I was concerned about, they are very prompt and willing to help and ensure that you are happy. Happy with my purchase and the Aquastrong support.

First of all I think this company is trying to be the best they can be They have responded to every email I have sent them. I had a problem with the touchscreen going dark after the first rain. I alerted the company and they promptly sent me a replacement. I also explained that water seeping in is an issue. They advised me to seal around the touchscreen hour, which I did. I wasn’t totally convinced this would solve the problem. So I made a protective case to fit over the touchscreen housing. It’s a simple case with a hinged door to access the touchscreen, photos attached on how it turned out. I bought the case at Walmart for $4.98 I cut the back out to fit around the touchscreen As far as the unit goes I am pleased with performance. I tested both the heat and cooling and works very well and is very quiet. I would recommend it for someone who wants a good heat pump,

Installation wasn't too bad. Setup was a breeze. Knocking off One star because wifi doesn't seem to work. In 30 hours, it heated my 15x 30 oval pool from 74°F to 84°F it was cloudy/overcast, and humidity was in high 80s. Didn't feel that humid because there was 5 to 10 mph breeze all day. Yes, I have a weather station and yes I know I'm a geek.

Its a pain to get this setup. Unless you have experience with setting such product....there is no way you can just set this. Additionally no local pool company will send anyone to get it setup since its not their product. Finally I found someone who charged 400 dollars to set it up and I have not felt the water heat up yet. It shows high temperatures but the water continues to be cool.

I got the 35K BTU unit that uses 120v electric. Ran a 20A circuit with a dedicated line and plugged it in. Woke up today, after major storms last night, to 82 degree water. Heater over the course of the day got it to 89 degrees. It's not super hot and sunny out, so this was mainly the heater. Super happy with the results. Directions are not good, but plumbing is relatively easy. This coming from someone with no plumbing experience. Unit is good for up to 9,000 gallons and I have a 7,500 gallon pool.

This product was very easy to install and far less expensive than others. Additional one year warranty with product registration or replacement. I could not find a better warranty. I had previously purchased an Armstrong pool pump and was totally satisfied with the product and customer support. This 35,000btu inverter heat pump has only been running for a few days but appears to be working exceptionally well. The wi-fi interface made start up fast and easy. I already had the Tuya app to control my pool lights so the heat pump identified my network through smart connect and added it to my app. Temperature control, start, stop, frequency, refrigerant pressures and full diagnostic info available on my phone from anywhere! Exceptionally quiet! I wasn’t sure the unit was running until I seen the fan spinning. In the coming months I will be excited to see my electric bill because of the high COP of this unit.

Living in Iowa and wanting to extend our swim season, we started looking for Heat pumps. Who knew there were so many options...? This pump is the one my wife and I kept going back to, it checked all of the boxes as she'd say. Once it arrived I was pleased by the appearance, it looks like a quality product! Although we weren't quite ready for it when it came, I went ahead and had the electrical hooked up, and noticed that we were missing some of the plumbing parts to hook it up. I contacted their support/service department through email & within minutes I started receiving emails back. The service/support team was not only very willing to help, but made the transaction seem personal (through email)...? Does that really happen? They immediately shipped the missing parts. I went ahead and hooked it all up, and this thing is quieter than my pool filter/pump, I mean it is whisper quiet!!! A few days after hooking it up i noticed the operating screen had some wierd lines going through it, and the bottom corners were white for some reason. I contacted service/support again, and was instantly assured that a new screen was on its way. Unbelievable service department!! All in all, I would rate this product a solid 5 outta 5 stars!! But the service team would get a 10 outta 5!!!
