  • Works great
Size: 800 GPH
Installed this into a 55 gallon. Good device in that it is highly adjustable and best of all: basic and simple to use. Creates a nice current, but not too strong to upset fish. I find that with proper adjustment you can create a flow towards the filter intake. I have done this and it appears that my filter has been working a bit better. Interestingly enough my fish swim into the flow and then let the current carry them, swim back and repeat. The suction cup could work better however, there were a couple of times where it detached and started blowing substrate all over the tank. Doesn’t make any sound that I can hear, unless of course it’s pointed up too much; this will create a lot of waves. I keep in on a generic outlet timer. Working great! ... show more

  • Cheap but powerful little pump
Size: 800 GPH
Overall the build quality is decent for a cheap wave maker. It has plenty of water flow power to mix up my water in my 75 gallon tank. My water is cleaner because of this little machine. Instillation was a breeze. The only down side I have had so far is the suction cup looks and feels a little cheap, but what can I say the pump was under 10 dollars. Update the pump is pretty strong i have a 75 gallon tank heavily planted. The pump was up rooting some of my plants on the opposite end of the tank (4 foot tank) ... show more

  • First died then replaced. Strong recommendations
Size: 800 GPH
had the smallest one which seemed to really wip the water around but got clogged and eventually crapped out. No obstruction just refused to operate but got really hot unplugged it and it never turned on again, replaced it with a bigger one (refunded) and they seemed to of sent me one with a yellow impeller it big seems strong(Maybe issues were cause by bad impeller theyve now replaced?) Or they were being nice and sent me a better model i dont know either way ill update Recommendations- If you have any small plants (javamoss) it will clog this for a solutionyou can put this thing in a bottle and make a diy filter(inspiration from King of DIY youtube, he has guide but you will have to modify) I dropped this thing in a lava rock weighted bottle stuck to the bottom and let it push the water up and it doesnt clog(use of foam/sponge to block debris from entering but allow water to flow. got PVC? A dome and a few pipes you can do something similar, pushing the water wherever you want. keep this on a strip to be safe. overall its worth the money but not if these keep stb. ... show more

  • Nice wave maker
Size: 800 GPH
The media could not be loaded. The water flow has a lot of power. The suction makes it fit securely on the aquarium glass. It’s a good quality product and has low noise when running. I have on a 60 gallon aquarium and it works well in it. I definitely recommend this product.

  • Ok
Size: 800 GPH
Stopped one night by itself and had to be plugged back in multiple times to get it to work, now if it turns off I need to do this process several times to get it to work, also the inside of the blade is yellow not black, decent little budget wave maker though, however you could probably find better for 20$. ... show more

  • One pump died in one month, another one is dying.
Size: 800 GPH
I bought 2 pumps in October, 2025. One pump stopped working in 1 month. The impeller spins backward for some reason. If I bump the pump, sometime it will spin forward again for a few seconds, then a clicking noise appears, and the impeller stops, or spinning backward again. The other pump also spins backward if you bump into it. It does work again if you bump it again. I am so disappointed because they provide a lot of flow when they worked. ... show more
