(1) Open the wavemaker and check for debirs between the impeller and shaft, clean thoroughly to eliminate blockages (2) Inspect the shaft to check for rubber caps at both ends,(Note:Some caps may already be seated in the pump and front cover grooves) (3) Reinstall the impeller and shaft assembly with rubber caps secured in their designated grooves.And then it will resume normal operation Notes:Please not direct the wave pump at the aquatic plants or sand, as it may cause the pump to clog.
