I love how smooth and creamy this goes on. I would say this is medium to moderate coverage. I'm over 55 and have alot of red spots, pores and discoloration and this product here...covers my flaws nicely and evenly. I bought this on a whim because I saw a review video on it and hadn't used it in years. It's one of those products that you either love or hate. Well, I love it. It is so lightweight, yet the coverage is amazing. I have mature skin (59) and was so worried I would turn orange because of the oxidation. That did not happen. I worried about it amplifying my wrinkles and setting in there. That did not happen either. It goes on so smoothly, and it really is full coverage. Covered all my redness and made my skin beautifully smooth and even. I have tried to many foundations and I really love this one. I bought porcelain ivory thinking it was the lightest and it really matched my skin well. It wore all day and did not oxidize, I didn't turn orange and it covered all my dark and red spots. I used my fingers to apply it and it was so velvety smooth. I am so happy I bought this to try, I am very impressed and recommend. And a little goes a long way! I will definitely buy again.

I have been using foundation, bb cream but it makes my face shiny and sticky so I have to put a layer of powder on top. It becomes too thick for me. One day I just looked around for the alternative, I came across the Maybelline Matte Mousse, I figured Mousse is going to be lighter than foundation and the price is very affordable so I would test it out, if it doesn’t work I wouldn’t be out a lot of money. Tried it out and I love it ever since, it stays the whole day, feels light and very natural. I recommended to family, friends and they all love it.

I bought this because of positive reviews. I have older skin (age 65) that tends to be dry. I was expecting a creamier product, and instead received a product that is almost chalky/powdery when applied. I found that it also tended to settle in and accentuate wrinkles and fine lines. Not likely to purchase again. Still looking for affordable options…

Way better than liquid. It blends well, doesn’t rub off on clothes. Doesn’t feel oily at all. Works well partnered with a moisturizer underneath. The thing to remember about this product is that a little goes a long way. One lasts me twice as long as my liquid foundation.
