purchased this hose in January. it's really light weight and has a surprisingly high flow rate. i used it in an indoor room at least once a week. it is now leaking on the seams and i had to replace it. i am hoping the next one lasts longer

After 6-9 months of light use for filling my van's 25gal water tank (spigot pressure only, drained and coiled afterwards, stored in dark space), hose sprung a leak while connected to spigot pressure. My friend gave me another Aqua Joe hose, which ended up springing a leak as well. Utilized the warranty (we'll see how long this new one lasts), but not sure if I will buy more hoses from this company. I do like the portability of this hose for my van, as conserving space is essential.

My hose worked well, was light, convenient, easy to store. It was working just fine at the start of a 3 week camping trip. About 2 weeks into the trip, the hose started to leak. First around the connector, then, further down the hose. I had stored it carefully and don't believe it was anything which I caused by my handling and storage. Well, 2 weeks into a camping trip, you're not going to be able to effective go through the return / replace process with Amazon or anyone else for that matter. We grabbed a replacement hose at a truck stop gas station so we could continue to supply fresh water to our camper. After I returned from the trip, I got busy, so I didn't have a chance to pursue the return process with Amazon. But a quick call with SunJoe and the Customer Service Rep promptly helped me to fill out the warranty and send a replacement. I'm hoping that the first one just had some manufacturing fluke. I look forward to putting the new hose to use. Prior to the leaks, it took up less space than the prior hose, was easier to work with, and functioned great. We don't have any more camping trips planned for the year, so it may be next season before I am able to put the replacement hose to the true test. If the new hose holds up I'll update my review.

We stored this hose on a wall rack but we had to unravel it fully to use it properly because otherwise it would just fill and kink. It's ok when unwrapped it just didn't maneuver as easily as some hoses. After about 10 months, the hose has leaks in the body so it's not achieving pressure and is just making a mess. Searching for a new hose.

Bought the 25' Aqua Joe hose in April 23. Used it to wash my cars in front of my condo. Left country in May and hose was not used until beginning of September. Today (9/26/23), went to wash car and the hose was split. Water coming through the outer canvas. I went to the trouble of registering the hose, as they offer lifetime replacement. Tried their 866 number - after 10 minutes of music, hung up and tried the chat. 45 minutes after I started the chat, they responded - by then I was in the gym exercising. Will continue to attempt to get a replacement- - like the hose.......It does not twist and kink like a Zero G hose (I have one of those too). But if it only last for 2 months of actual use, not sure this is a reliable hose. May have to go back to good old neoprene. 9/28 Update. - - Snow Joe is sending a new hose. Will see if it shows up. If you buy this hose - register the product! Update. 10/4. New hose arrived and works well. Hope this one lasts longer than the last one. SnoeJoe warranty works!

I like that the hose is light in weight. I find it difficult to coil neatly on a hook. Water doesn’t always flow smoothly as the hose pinches from time to time.

Well it was great until it wasn’t. Just tried to use it and water bursting out of the seams. Now seems it’s trash. Of course there is 30 days to return and this happens just 2 weeks later. Disappointed
