I stopped using plastic microwave covers for health safety reasons. I purchased a less expensive casserole oven and microwave glass dish set with a cover but the merchant who sold them through Amazon did not pack it correctly and it arrived with a crack on the glass cover. I search for another option and found Anyday microwave cookware. It does cost more but I wanted to reheat and cook food in a microwave without the use of a plastic microwave cover. I ordered the medium dish but it was smaller than what I wanted so I returned that one and got the large shallow dish. It’s much better as it holds more food to cook in a microwave. The first thing I noticed when I unpacked the shipping box was the Anyday dish packing was much better. No broken glass on delivery. It has weight to it. It has thick glass. The silicone on the top cover and the handle is thick. There’s two small air vents on the handle to let out heat from cooking. I cooked a frozen dinner and it did not cook dry. There was a good amount of moisture in the food. I like the cooking results using Anyday microwave cookware. I’m looking forward to cooking more food in it. I’m sure I’ll buy another AnyDay dish but in a different size.

I've used this to microwave ramen noodles like bulk,momofuku, marachaun,etc. Pleased with its versatility and quality of how it's manufactured. Would recommend that you give it a try with what I purchased before buying the rest of the set if your cautious.

Love this product. Beats cooking frozen vegetables in plastic bags and I think it actually steams better than the bags do. I bought little gloves to take it out of the microwave, it's hot for a few minutes which is actually nice but it keeps the food warm. I actually eat straight out of the bowl. Cleaning it is easy to as it's glass so nothing really sticks to it. Overall I'm super happy with this and will buy another.
