So far, we are enjoying this product. The only issue is that the ice eventually melts, causing it to clump together. The hot water gets super hot, takes a minute to warm up. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Stars are for customer service only! The dispenser leaked our entire 5 gallon jug in hours from some sort of water overflow hole draining into the ice making component. Customer service was very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting ideas but I could not get the dispenser to work properly so I asked for a return and refund. They refunded within a few days without need for sending the dispenser back.
