I've only had the set about a month now, but so far I love it. Read all the instructions first. Only use medium heat, which I thought would be an issue. It's not. The cookware distributes the heat well and cooks the food perfectly. Let the pots/pan cool first on the stove. I thought for sure everything would be a dried sticky mess. Nope. Clean up was simple. Only thing to note - don't bang utensils on the edge (like when you want to knock the food off the spoon back into the pan), it will leave marks. Love the blue color.

Even though it took forever to get here (USPS during Christmas was not pretty in 2020), these are beautiful and heavy/thick. The frying and simmer pans are bigger than my old pans, but I will like that. I have used them and they seem to conduct the heat well. I wish they could be put in the dishwasher, but I guess you can either have cheap pans that you put in the dishwasher and replace every few years, or you buy good ones like this and hand wash them. I choose the latter.

I was so very excited for these, and am so sad that they didn't live up to our expectations. Within a month of using them, TWO of the pans have multiple, deep scratches that won't buff out.

I accidentally bought another nearly identical Anolon set, also with 11 pieces. The one I wanted has a griddle and doesn't have those extra handles on the fry pans. The saucepans are also different. I was able to return these and get the others from Amazon, but just be sure you get the pieces you need. I owned the same exact set for seven years and they were still functional, but not as pretty hanging over my counter, so I replaced them. I guess I was happy with them, but I wish you could put them in the dishwasher; also grease tends to collect between the glass and the metal rim on the lids. I'm not an expert cook and can't comment on how they compare with other brands, but my kitchen looks pretty again and we're still using the old ones in another property where they can be stored out of sight.

We were happy to receive the set quite quickly. Two lids were slightly deformed as the protection inside the box could be a bit better. The big disappointment however was that the pans did not work on our induction cooktop. We never noticed that the pans are made from aluminium as that is not clearly stated. I had to really search and open drop down menus to finally see the material. If that would have shown clearly in the description, I would never have bought them. When searching for pans, I found a website that had a top 5 or top 10 with best pans for induction. This set was ranked no. 2 with link to Amazon. I bought them. Not knowing the website was wrong and never seeing that the material was suited for induction. I sold them at a loss the same week.

I love the nonstick surface. Unfortunately there is no vent in the lids so any liquid easily boils over. Also, what idiot thought it was a good idea to ENGRAVE the measurements into the pots. The grooves are near impossible to clean completely. We have a person with Celiac disease in our house. We don't have the space to have two sets of pots so have to get rid of the pots with the engraving because there's no guarantee that all the gluten can be cleaned out.

I’ve just had this cookware a few days so this is based on just a little usage. But the pans are gorgeous! And so well built. They are strong and sturdy feeling without feeling too heavy. Mine are indigo. Non stick is amazing- scrambled eggs with no oil just to test it- peeled right out, like I was making a commercial! I plan to follow all the “care” instructions and I think they will be the last set I ever need.
