This is a great home sauna . I bought this for my wife and I have also used it. Putting it together wasn't hard but the bad instructions made it that way somewhat. The white poles include are not even mentioned in the instructions and we finally figured it out that this is what keeps the unit together. Now about the unit, it heats up so fast and you feel the heat. The chair sucks, but we just used one of ours chair like the one included just bigger and stable. I Love this sauna. Packaging was good. Setting up was super easy and quick. I love that it comes with a bag to carry it around. It also comes with the folding chair and remote control! Steam would fill it up within a minute. So good. I used to go to sauna before covid. Missed it tons. Now there is no need to go to sauna when I have this at home. Like that it heats quickly and creats a lot of steam. The chair that comes with it is pretty funky, and i replaced it with a small canvas camp chair.

Update one month later. Item would shut off by itself and the temp and time would change by itself. Asking for a replacement. Let’s hope they replace it. Will keep this post updated. Original post. I was not ready for the heat this baby would bring. Wow. Just wow. Had to turn the heat way down because I underestimated it. The quality is on point. I recommend to bring a hand cloth or towel in there just in case you carelessly move around and knock the steam pipe loose (not an easy feat to do) you can cover the hole to protect yourself and get out and shut the machine down. The chair is cheap but it works and I’m about 200lbs. The instruction manual sucks but it’s easy to put together. I highly recommend this. ... show more

I thought it fairly easy to set up. The instructions do not tell you exactly where to put the rods but I figures it out. Just look for the velcro attachments and you push the rods through the material adjacent to it. I was actually surprised at the good quality of everything including the zippers and stitching, not junk. Heated up fast and the steam as very comfortable. Looks like a good quality water heater too. I chose pink and it is very attractive. I am 5'3.5 inches and 175 lbs and the chair was fine for me. I believe that a person up to 5' 10 inches could use it fine with their head out of the tent. Really like being able to put my cell phone in the front top pouch. The only thing I did not like was the odor from either the materials. It is not overpowering but it is there. I am hoping that it will go away after a few uses. The label says it is made out of cotton, polyester and satin. This is something to use to warm you up on a cold winter night if you are out of wood. ... show more

Great product! I had one bath sauna before this one, which I don’t use so often because it often drvived me crazy and confused. This new sauna is made very well.It keeps the water a nice warm temperature for as long as you want it to be. The functions are straightforward and easy to understand. And it come with all necessary items which made it easier to use and assemble, like the foldable chair, manual and remote. The portable design also make this product easy to take with you. Perfect item for long term travel or business trip. This is one of my favorite ways to relax! There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this product. I have missed going to the sauna at the gym since covid. The sauna is such a critical part of my fitness routine. I put this unit next to my tub and fill the tub with cold water. I go back and forth for an hour and feel amazing afterward. It is super easy to assemble. It is as effective as an actual steam room, or sauna - maybe better because you can get it really hot. And the new unit they designed for creating the steam is awesome - it is fast and it is efficient. And it looks really solidly made. I am critical and tend to have issues with products like this, but I have to say this is the best $107 I have spent in a long long time. I will use it even when the gym reopens. You really do have a sauna at home for a small fee. All the benefits of a sauna are available with this - they include a big jump in growth hormone and activation of enzymes that are responsive to heat that turn on an exercise like response.
